摘  要:为满足井下充填需求,缓解尾矿库库容压力,大屯锡矿计划投资建设立式砂仓充填系统。为提高装砂效率,保障立式砂仓核心性能工作指标,需对进料参数进行分析研究。通过开展尾砂沉降试验,分析尾砂沉降速度、固体通量、处理能力等沉降特性,确定了大屯锡矿立式砂仓最佳进料参数。研究结果表明:该矿尾砂沉降方式宜选用絮凝沉降,聚丙烯酰胺(型号:RT491)最佳添量为20 g/t,最佳进料体积浓度为9.88%(质量浓度为25%),流量为448 m^(3)/h,立式砂仓理论处理能力可达134.67 t/h。研究成果对大屯锡矿立式砂仓进料参数设计具有重要指导意义,研究方法对相似矿山具有推广应用价值。In order to meet the needs of underground filling and alleviate the pressure of tailings storage capacity,Datun tin mine plans to invest in the construction of vertical sand bin filling system.In order to improve the sand loading efficiency and ensure the core performance of vertical sand bin,it is necessary to analyze and study the feed parameters.In this paper,the sedimentation characteristics of tailings such as settling velocity,solid flux and treatment capacity were analyzed by carrying out tailings settlement test,and optimum feeding parameters of vertical sand bin in Datun tin mine were determined.The results showed that flocculation sedimentation was suitable for the tailings settlement of the mine.The optimal dosage of polyacrylamide(type:RT491)was 20 g/t,the optimal feed volume concentration was 9.88%(mass concentration was 25%),the flow rate was 448 m^(3)/h,and the theoretical treatment capacity of the vertical sand bin was 134.67 t/h.The research results have important guiding significance for the design of feeding parameters of vertical sand bin in Datun tin mine,and the research method has popularization and application value for similar mines.
