摘 要:针对常规生物脱氮工艺脱氮效率低的问题,赣州稀土矿业公司采取两级AO生化工艺处理离子型稀土矿山小流域氨氮尾水,进水水质氨氮100~150 mg/L,总氮150~200 mg/L,出水水质氨氮<10 mg/L,总氮<30 mg/L,达到GB 26451—2011排放标准,氨氮脱除率可达94.1%以上,总氮脱除率可达85.9%,大大提高了脱氮效率,实现了氨氮废水达标排放。工程实践表明,本工艺处理效果良好和运行稳定,具有较好的社会与生态效益。Conventional biological nitrogen removal process achieves low nitrogen removal efficiency.In this paper,the two-stage AO biochemical waste water processing technique was applied by Ganzhou Rare Earth Mining Co.,Ltd.,to deal with ammonia nitrogen pollution in the water environment of ion-type rare earth mine.The influent ammonia nitrogen was 100-150 mg/L,and the total nitrogen content was 150-200 mg/L.After AO biochemical treatment,the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the effluent was below 10 mg/L,and the total nitrogen content was below 30 mg/L,which fully meet the national emission standards for waste water discharge(GB 26451—2011).Under these conditions,the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen was over 94.1%and that of total nitrogen was 85.9%,which greatly improved the denitrification efficiency,thus meeting the discharge standard of ammonia nitrogen.The engineering practice results suggested that this method has the advantages of good and stable treatment effect,as well as the social and environmental profit.
