江西省两栖类新记录——孟闻琴蛙

摘　　要：江西武夷山国家级自然保护区内分布的琴蛙属Nidirana物种此前均被记录为弹琴蛙N.adenopleura。通过对该保护区及周边地区的琴蛙种群进行采样,结合形态比较和线粒体COⅠ基因的分子系统发育分析,发现保护区及周边地区的琴蛙种群包含2个不同的物种——弹琴蛙和孟闻琴蛙N.mangveni。孟闻琴蛙系江西省两栖类新记录,这一发现将孟闻琴蛙的分布区域由已知的浙江北部和东部向南扩展至赣东北地区,为琴蛙属的系统学和谱系地理学研究提供了重要信息。此外,讨论了琴蛙属内物种同域分布的现象,并提出需要对保护区及周边地区同域分布的弹琴蛙和孟闻琴蛙种群做进一步的种群遗传学研究。The Nidirana population occurring in the Wuyishan National Nature Reserve(Jiangxi Province)was previously recorded as N.adenopleura.In this study,a batch of Nidirana specimens were collected throughout the reserve and neighbouring area,and comprehensive analyses with morphological comparison and mitochondrial phylogeny were performed.The results indicated that the Nidirana population in the reserve and neighbouring area was composed of 2 different species,N.adenopleura and N.mangveni.N.mangveni was identified as a new amphibian record in Jiangxi Province.This finding expands the distribution of N.mangveni from previously known northern and eastern Zhejiang to northeastern Jiangxi,and provides important information for the phylogeny and biogeography of Nidirana.Besides,the sympatry of Nidirana species was further discussed.
