金毛管鼻蝠在我国模式产地外的再发现——广东、云南和四川新记录

摘　　要：为探讨我国南部树栖型蝙蝠物种多样性状况,于2013—2014年分别在广东南岭、云南哀牢山和四川卧龙,使用蝙蝠竖琴网捕获3只、2只和6只小型蝙蝠。该批标本鼻孔呈管状,前臂长29.29 mm±0.98 mm(n=11),齿式为2.1.2.3/3.1.2.3=34,背部和头部毛尖为金褐色且尖端具金属光泽,外形和头骨形态特征与金毛管鼻蝠Murina chrysochaetes吻合,该结果也得到基于线粒体细胞色素氧化酶亚基Ⅰ基因系统发育学证据的支持。同时,其飞行状态下回声定位声波信号为调频型,主频率为127.40 kHz±6.17 kHz(四川)。本发现为金毛管鼻蝠在我国模式产地(广西底定)外的再次报道,也是广东、云南和四川3省翼手目Chiroptera分布新记录。迄今为止,该种在国内仅模式标本1例报道,国外仅越南有2次(各1例)新记录报道,本研究报道丰富了该种珍稀蝙蝠的基础生物学资料,扩大了该种的地理分布范围。To investigate the diversity of arboreal bats in southern China,a series of chiropteran surveys were conducted from 2013 to 2014.By using harp traps,3,2 and 6 vespertilionid bats were captured in Nanling(Guangdong),Ailao Mountain(Yunnan),and Wolong(Sichuan),respectively.All specimens are characterized by tubular nostrils,and with a forearm length of 29.29 mm±0.98 mm(n=11).Their dental formulate is 2.1.2.3/3.1.2.3=34.Dorsum fur is a mix of black and gold bands composed of brown underfur,which are overlaid by long gold tipped guard hair.According to their external and skull characteristics,they were identified as Murina chrysochaetes,and which is also supported by phylogenetic evidences using segments of mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunitⅠgene.The acoustic signal of flight is the frequency modulation type with main frequency of 127.40 kHz±6.17 kHz(Sichuan).Our samplings represent new chiropteran records in Guangdong,Yunnan,and Sichuan,China,and enrich the basic biological information and enlarge the known distribution range of M.chrysochaetes.
