摘 要:为摸清江西九连山国家级自然保护区野生动物资源现状,2016—2020年采用样线法对区内的蛇类进行了系统调查。共记录到蛇类14科36属53种,占江西省蛇类总种数的74.65%,新记录15种;东洋界51种,占96.23%,分布型以南中国型(31种,占58.49%)占优势。蛇类在种级水平上的多样性指数最大(3.5048),在属级水平上的均匀度指数最大(0.8715)。但保护区受人为干扰较大,每年因车辆碾压和村民养殖池溺水致死的蛇类估计有200~400条,这可能是少见种占比高达45.28%的重要原因。因此,保护区应完善保护工作,加大宣传及教育,改造道路交通,但不得随意干扰保护区内各类生境,并利用新的科技手段强化长期监测。To find out the current situation of wildlife resources,a long-term survey of snakes using transectline method was carried out in the Jiulianshan National Nature Reserve(Jiangxi Province)from 2016 to 2020.A total of 53 snake species(accounting for 74.65%of the total snake species in Jiangxi Province)belonging to 36 genera and 14 families were recorded,and 15 species were newly recorded.The Oriental realm species(51 species,accounting for 96.2%)and the South China type(31 species,accounting for 58.5%)were dominant.The diversity index of snakes at species level was the largest(3.5048),and the evenness index at genus level was the largest(0.8715).However,it was found that the reserve was greatly disturbed by human activities,because 200-400 snakes per year were killed by vehicles and drowning in the villagers'ponds,and this might be an important reason for the high percentage(up to 45.28%)of rare species.Therefore,the reserve shall optimize the protection work in terms of publicity,education,and road traffic management without influencing the environmental habitats optionally.Moreover,new scientific and technological methods should be used to strengthen the long-term monitoring.
