摘  要:港珠澳大桥江海直达船航道桥为主跨258 m的三塔中央索面钢箱梁斜拉桥,桥位处热带气旋登陆频繁且可能面临台风干扰,为选取合适的钢箱梁安装方案,从结构成桥目标状态、钢箱梁制造线形、施工可行性和施工工效等方面对悬臂拼装方案和“大节段安装+悬臂拼装”混合安装方案进行比选研究。结果表明:2种方案均能实现结构目标状态及钢箱梁制造线形,且差异较小;相比悬臂拼装方案,“大节段安装+悬臂拼装”混合安装方案可提高施工工效,有效规避并降低主体结构的渡台风险,因此选为钢箱梁安装方案。混合安装方案中,138号桥塔有索区钢箱梁采用大节段安装,139号和140号桥塔有索区钢箱梁采用悬臂拼装,采用该方案后,该桥桥面线形控制良好,全桥合龙提前实现。The Sea-River Ship Channel Bridge of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is a three-pylon steel box girder cable-stayed bridge with two main spans of 258 m.The single cable plane is anchored along the center of the deck.The bridge site is located in a tropical cyclone frequented area where construction work faces disruptions caused by typhoon.To find the proper installation scheme for the steel box girder,two schemes,including cantilever assembly and the combination of large-segment erection and cantilever assembly,were compared from aspects of target completion state,manufacturing geometry of steel box girder,constructability and construction efficiency.The results indicate that both the two schemes can ensure the realization of the target completion state and the manufacturing geometry of steel box girder,with a minor discrepancy.Compared to the cantilever assembly method,the combination of large-segment erection and cantilever assembly can improve the construction efficiency and effectively elude and reduce the damage risk of the main structure in typhoon,which is finally used.The steel box girders in the cable-stayed area of pylon No.138 were assembled from large segments,and the steel box girders in the cable-stayed areas of pylons No.139 and No.140 were assembled in cantilevers.The deck alignment of the bridge was under great control,and the closure of the full bridge was completed ahead of schedule.
