摘 要:为明确氮肥施用量对弱苗、壮苗移栽后库源关系及穗部性状的影响,以垦粳5号为供试材料,采用完全随机试验设计,以盆栽方式进行,结果如下:当施氮量高于150 kg/hm^(2)时,壮苗齐穗期的叶面积指数均高于弱苗,二者均在施氮量300 kg/hm^(2)时最大。施氮量在150~300 kg/hm^(2)条件下,壮苗、弱苗的上部一次、二次枝梗数及中部一次枝梗数均高于对照,且随施氮量增加逐渐升高。无论施氮肥与否,壮苗的优势粒实粒数、劣势粒实粒数均多于弱苗。在施氮量150~300 kg/hm^(2)条件下,弱苗、壮苗的劣势粒实粒数均高于对照且随施氮量增加逐渐升高,在施氮量300 kg/hm^(2)条件下达到最大,与对照间差异均达到极显著水平。In order to determine the effects of nitrogen application rate on sink-source relationship and panicle traits of weak and strong seedlings after transplanting,a completely random experiment was conducted in a pot with Kengeng-5 as the experimental material.The results were as follows:The leaf area index(LAI)of strong seedlings at full heading stage was higher than that of weak seedlings when nitrogen application rate was higher than 150 kg/hm^(2),and both reached the maximum when nitrogen application rate was 300 kg/hm^(2).When nitrogen application rate was 150~300 kg/hm^(2),the number of upper primary and secondary branches and the number of middle primary branches of strong and weak seedlings were higher than those of control,and gradually increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate.No matter nitrogen fertilizer was applied,the number of solid grains of dominant and inferior seedlings was more than that of weak seedlings.Under the nitrogen application rate of 150-300 kg/hm^(2),the number of inferior grains of weak seedlings and strong seedlings was higher than that of the control,and increased gradually with the increase of nitrogen application rate,and reached the maximum under the nitrogen application rate of 300 kg/hm^(2),and the difference between them and the control was extremely significant.
