摘 要:通过田间小区实验研究了不同收获时含水量对水稻各项品质指标的影响。结果表明:水稻在机械收获时含水量不同,均会不同程度影响稻米品质,其中,影响最大的是出糙率和整精米率,其次是垩白粒率和垩白度,影响较小的是粗蛋白和直链淀粉含量,对食味评分几乎无影响。因此,为保证较好的稻米品质,建议在水稻含水量15%~17%时进行收获。The effects of water content on rice quality indexes at different harvest times were studied through field plot experiments.The results showed that the different water contents of rice during mechanical harvest would affect the rice quality to different degrees.Among them,the most important is the rate of roughening and polished rice,followed by the chalkiness and chalkiness.Crude protein and amylose content had little effect on taste scores.Therefore,in order to ensure better rice quality,it is recommended to harvest when the water content of rice is 15%to 17%.
