摘　　要：提出"理论型主题出版"的概念,通过论述其必要性、重要性和必然性,揭明这是新时代出版的客观要求和出版人的责任,也是出版功能内在功能的彰显;通过提炼其应然特点和出版重点,助力业界在新时代新发展阶段自觉挺拔理论型主题出版。This paper firstly puts forward the concept of theoretical theme publishing.Then by discussing its necessity,importance and inevitability.The author argues that this theoretical theme publishing is the objective requirement of the new era and also the mission and responsibility of publishers,as well as the highlights of the in here nt function of publicati on.At last by refini ng its n atural characteristics and publishing focus,it will con tribute to the development of theoretical theme publishing in the new era and new stage.
