摘　　要：目的通过对1例乳酸依沙吖啶引产失败继续妊娠患者胎儿风险的评估,为妊娠期用药风险评估提供参考。方法药师查阅国内外相关资料,从依沙吖啶药物代谢、毒性研究、动物试验数据等方面分析可能对胎儿造成的影响,与患者充分沟通,并进行药学监护。结果现有资料提示依沙吖啶可能对胎儿的皮肤、肾脏、骨关节、脑神经和甲状腺有影响,但影响程度及发生率不详。患者要求继续妊娠,最终顺利分娩一健康男婴。结论孕中期依沙吖啶引产失败后继续妊娠,依沙吖啶可能对胎儿无显著影响,但长期影响需随访。OBJECTIVE To provide reference for risk assessment of drug use during pregnancy,through participating in the fetal risk assessment of a patient who continues pregnancy after the failure of ethacridine induced second trimester labor.METHODS The possible effects on the fetus of ethacridine was analyzed by pharmacists from the animal test data,drug metabolic,toxicity study,and the patient was fully informed by pharmacists.Pharmaceutical care was also performed.RESULTS The available data suggest that ethacridine may affect fetal skin,kidney,bone and joint,brain and thyroid,but the extent and incidence of these effects are unknown.The patient continued the pregnancy and eventually gave birth to a healthy baby boy.CONCLUSION The fetal risk of the patient who continues pregnancy after the failure of ethacridine induced second trimester labor may be low,but long-term effects need to follow up.
