摘 要:临床医学专业认证是当前推进专业医学人才建设的主要方式,能够保障医学领域人才质量,适应新时代医疗事业发展。在专业认证视角下,高校院系教学管理改革面临全新的挑战与机遇。综合性大学院系教学管理方面存在不利于创新的模式化管理和不利于工作延续性的管理队伍配置等共性问题,这就需要教育工作者认清自身教学工作存在的突出问题并提出解决方案。同时,临床医学专业认证也为湖北民族大学教学管理质量的提高、综合性大学院校管理体系的完善提供了机遇。以临床医学专业认证为契机,围绕上述问题进行分析,并提出了相应的对策。Clinical medicine professional certification is the main way to promote the construction of professional medical talents,which can guarantee the quality of medical talents and adapt to the development of medical cause in the new era.From the perspective of professional certification,the teaching management reform of colleges and departments is facing new challenges and opportunities.There are some common problems in teaching management of colleges and departments in comprehensive universities,such as patterned management that is not conducive to innovation and management team allocation that is not conducive to work continuity.It is necessary for educators to recognize the outstanding problems existing in their teaching field and put forward solutions.At the same time,clinical medicine certification also provides opportunities for Hubei Minzu University to improve the quality of teaching management and improve the construction of comprehensive university management system.This paper takes the opportunity of clinical medicine professional certification to analyze the above problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
