摘  要:高效氯氟氰菊酯作为拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的代表,被广泛应用于农林害虫的防治,给蚕业生产的安全带来了潜在的威胁。本试验采用浸叶法,测定了高效氯氟氰菊酯对5龄家蚕的急性毒性和慢性毒性。试验结果显示,高效氯氟氰菊酯对5龄家蚕具有剧毒,24 h急性食下毒性(LC50)为0.449 mg/L;亚致死浓度LC10添毒显著抑制了家蚕体重的增长,96 h体重增长率仅为10.25%,且熟蚕体重(1.808 g/头)仅为对照组的51.28%;亚致死浓度LC10添毒组家蚕的化蛹率显著降低,仅为55.56%,而死笼率则高达32.27%。结果表明:高效氯氟氰菊酯对家蚕具有剧毒,微量的农药污染可严重影响家蚕的正常生长发育,给蚕业的安全生产造成极大的隐患。λ-cyhalothrin as a representative pyrethroid insecticide,has been widely used in the control of agricultural and forestry pests,which can pose potential threats to sericulture industry.In order to clarify the toxicity characteristics of λ-cyhalothrin to silkworm,the acute and chronic toxicity of λ-cyhalothrin to the fifth instar silkworm were determined by leaf-dipping method.The acute ingestion toxicity of λ-cyhalothrin(LC50)at 24 h was 0.449 mg/L.Sublethal concentration of λ-cyhalothrin significantly inhibited the weight gain of silkworm,and the growth rate of weight was only 10.25% at 96 h,and the weight of mature silkworms(1.808 g/larva)was only 51.28% of that of the control group.In addition,the cocooning rate of silkworm in thepesticide treatment group was only 55.56%,while the rate of dead worm cocoons reached to 32.27%.The results showed that λ-cyhalothrin was extremely toxic to silkworm,and trace pesticide pollution could seriously affect the normal growth and development of silkworm,resulting in high risks to the safe production of sericulture industry.
