摘  要:本文利用不完全双列杂交分析模型,通过对20个双限性卵色杂交组合的结茧率、全茧量、茧层量、万蚕产茧量和万蚕产茧层量5个主要经济性状指标的一般配合力(GCA)、特殊配合力(SCA)和相关遗传参数进行分析,结果表明:一般配合力较高的中系亲本有“卵11”“卵13”;日系亲本有“卵82B”“卵虎”。特殊配合力较高的组合有“卵11×卵虎”“卵13×卵82B”“卵17×卵虎”“卵17×卵皓B”。从遗传角度看,全茧量、茧层量、万蚕产茧量的遗传力较高,其主要受基因遗传作用影响,并能稳定遗传给后代。结茧率的特殊配合力相对方差贡献高,易受环境影响。通过不完全双列杂交分析,获得了部分限性卵色家蚕品种亲本的遗传信息,有助于后期双限性卵色杂交组合的选配与亲本选择。The general combining ability(GCA),special combining ability(SCA)and related genetic parameters of five main economic traits(cocooning rate,cocoon weight,cocoon layer weight,cocoon yield per 10000 silkworms and cocoon layer weight per 10000 silkworms)of 20 sex-limited egg color combination were analyzed by using incomplete diallel cross analysis model.The results showed that the Chinese parents with higher GCA were“Luan 11”and“Luan 13”;the Japanese parents with higher GCA were“Luan 82B”and“Luan Hu”.The combinations with higher SCA were“Luan 11×Luan Hu”,“Luan 13×Luan 82B”,“Luan 17×Luan Hu”and“Luan 17×Luan Hao B”.From the genetic view,the heritability of cocoon weight,cocoon layer weight and cocoon yield per 10000 silkworms is higher,which is mainly affected by gene inheritance and can be stably inherited to the offspring.The relative variance of SCA for cocooning rate is higher,and it is easily controlled by the environment.Through the incomplete diallel cross analysis,the genetic information of some sex-limited egg color silkworm varieties was obtained,which is helpful for the selection of sexlimited egg color hybrid combinations and parents.
