家蚕新品种“农科5号”建德农村试养初报

摘　　要：“农科5号”是浙江省农科院蚕桑研究所利用抗BmNPV品种资源“秋丰N”“白玉N”,与该所选育的多丝量蚕品种“华光”“春日”,组配杂交育成的一对抗BmNPV中丝量四元杂交家蚕新品种。2019年和2020年秋蚕期在前两年试验的基础上在建德进行了农村生产试验,结果表明该品种表现孵化齐一,各龄眠起快而齐,群体生长发育整齐,食桑旺、不踏叶,上蔟涌,营茧速度快,抗病性强,张种产量高,茧丝质优,适宜在建德推广饲养。“Nongke No.5”is a new silkworm hybrid with medium silk production,anti-BmNPV,double limited,fourway crossing variety bred by Sericulture and Tea Research Institute,Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences.Its parents are the BmNPV-resistant strains of“Qiufeng N”and“Baiyu N”,the high yielding strains of“Huaguang”and“Chunri”.The trial rearing of this new hybrid was carried out in Jiande City in the autumn of 2019 and 2020 on the basis of the previous two years'experiments.The results showed that this hybrid had very high hatching rate,uniform and fast molting in each instar,uniform growth and development in the larval stage,strong resistance to BmNPV,easy for caring,good habit for eating leaves,uniform maturing and fast cocooning,and high cocoon yield.It is suitable for distribution in Jiande City.
