PDCA循环模式在外科门诊护理管理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环模式在外科门诊护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2020年7—12月在河南省人民医院外科门诊就诊的628例患者作为研究对象。其中2020年7—9月就诊的296例患者作为对照组,接受常规护理管理工作模式,2020年10—12月就诊的332例患者作为观察组,接受PDCA循环管理模式下的护理工作模式。比较两组患者外科门诊管理效果和护理满意度。结果观察组患者门诊候诊时间较对照组缩短,观察组投诉发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对就诊环境、健康教育、沟通交流以及服务态度等护理满意度的评价得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环模式能够改善外科门诊的管理效果,缩短就诊时间,并降低投诉发生率,提升患者护理满意度。Objective To explore the application value of PDCA cycle mode in nursing management of surgical clinic.Methods A total of 628 patients who attended the surgical clinic of Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from July to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.The 296 patients who attended the surgical clinic from July to September 2020 were served as control group and adopted the routine nursing management work model.The 332 patients who attended the surgical clinic from October to December 2020 were served as observation group and adopted the nursing work under PDCA cycle mode.The differences of surgical clinic management effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The outpatient waiting time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the incidence of complaints was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The evaluation scores of patients on the diagnosis environment,health education,communication and service attitudes of nursing satisfaction of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle model could improve the management effect of surgical outpatient clinics,shorten the treatment time,reduce the incidence of complaints and improve nursing satisfaction.
