摘　　要：在旅游变革进程中,日本顺应内容产业和旅游产业发展的新趋势,推动内容和旅游融合发展,催生了新旅游形态——内容旅游。日本动漫拥有庞大的粉丝群体,随着越来越多的实景被采用到动漫作品中,"动漫圣地"展现出极强的旅游吸引力和经济潜力,"动漫圣地巡礼"也成为日本内容旅游的典型代表。综观日本内容旅游的发展,政策支持、广域协作、价值共创和资源活用等成功经验的内涵丰富,值得借鉴。而在推动我国文化旅游发展过程中,既要重视政策系统性设计以及部门合作协同,又要着力促进资源、内容、产业和区域联动创新和融合发展,同时要加强文化旅游服务供需互动以及数字科技的作用,从而深度推进文化和旅游的融合和高质量发展。In the process of tourism reform,Japan complies with the new trend of the development of content industry and tourism industry,promotes the integrated development,and brings about a new tourism form-contents tourism.Japanese animation has a huge fan group.With more and more real scenes being adopted into animation works,"Animation Pilgrimage"shows strong tourism attraction and economic potential,and"Animation Tourism"has also become a typical representative of Japanese contents tourism.Looking at the development of contents tourism in Japan,the successful experiences such as policy support,wide area cooperation,value co-creation and resource utilization are rich in connotation and worthy of reference.In order to promote the development of China’s cultural tourism,we should not only pay attention to the systematic design of policies and departmental cooperation and coordination,but also focus on promoting the combined innovation and integrated development of resources,content,industry and region.At the same time,we should strengthen the interaction between supply and demand of cultural tourism services and the role of digital technology,so as to deeply promote the integration and high-quality development of culture and tourism.
