2018年-2020年浙江省临海市孕妇尿碘监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解临海市孕妇碘营养状况.为孕妇科学补碘提供依据。方法2018年-2020年按照东、西、南、北、中5个方位,随机抽取5个乡(镇),共抽查317份孕妇尿样,尿碘检测采用砷铈催化分光光度法测定。结果317份尿碘中位数为102.0μg/L。农村和城镇的孕妇尿碘中位数分别为89.0μg/L和114.0μg/L,不同居住地尿碘含量差异有统计学意义(Z=-4.371,P=0.032)。不同年份、年龄、孕期的孕妇尿碘浓度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临海市孕妇碘营养水平低于适宜量水平,建议加强科学补碘,同时应加强碘缺乏危害宣传,增加孕妇对碘缺乏病的认知。Objective To understand the iodine nutritional status of pregnant women in Linhai City,and to provide scientific basis for iodine supplement.Methods From 2018 to 2020,317 urine samples of pregnant women were randomly collected from 5 townships(towns)according to the East,West,South,North and middle directions.Urine iodine was determined by arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry.Results The median of urinary iodine was 102.0μg/L for 317 urine samples.The median urinary iodine levels of pregnant women in rural and urban areas were 89.0μg/L and 114.0 μg/L,respectively.There was statistical significance on the differences in urinary iodine content among different places of residence(Z=-4.371,P=0.032).There was no statistical significance on the difference in urinary iodine concentration among pregnant women of different years,ages and pregnancy periods(P>0.05).Conclusion The iodine nutrition level of pregnant women in Linhai City is lower than the appropriate level.It is suggested to strengthen the scientific supplement of iodine and strengthen the propaganda of iodine deficiency hazards,so as to increase the awareness of iodine deficiency disorders among pregnant women.
