摘 要:目的调查淮北地区煤矿工人血中汞含量与普通人群的差异。方法采用统计学随机抽样方法,选择438例没有煤炭接触史健康成人作为正常组,选择455例淮北矿业集团公司煤矿工人作为对照组。采用原子荧光光谱法进行血样测定,得到汞含量。结果正常组和对照组血中汞含量差异有统计学意义(t=17.315,P<0.05);正常组中男性和女性血中汞含量差异无统计学意义(t=1.144,P=0.253);对照组中男性和女性血中汞含量差异无统计学意义(t=1.781,P=0.076)。结论根据本次结果显示,煤矿工人血中汞含量指标高于无汞接触史的健康成年人血汞含量指标,血中汞的浓度可能与煤矿工人作业场所环境有关系,这对于汞中毒的诊断有着重要的参考价值。Objective To investigate the difference on mercury contents in blood between coal miners and general population in Huaibei area.Methods According to the statistical random sampling method,438 healthy adults without coal exposure history were selected as the normal group,and 455 coal miners from Huaibei Mining Group Company were selected as the control group.The mercury content of blood samples was cietermined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Results The blood mercury content of normal group and the control group were compared,and difference is statistically significant(t=17.315,P<0.05).The difference in the mercury content of blood in males and females in the normal group is not statistically significant(t=1.144,P=0.253).The difference in the blood mercury content of males and females in the control group isn't of statistical significance(t=1.781,P=0.076).Conclusion According to the results,the mercury content of blood in coal mine workers is higher than that of the healthy adults with no mercury exposure history.The blood mercury content may be related to the working environment,which is of important reference value for the diagnosis of mercury poisoning.
