摘　　要：目的调查分析儿科医务人员对医护一体化门诊相关认知评价及需求。方法以2019年6月在重庆医科大学附属儿童医院参加全国儿科医护一体化门诊培训班的80名医务人员为研究对象,通过发放自制问卷调查分析其对医护一体化门诊的相关认知评价及需求。结果共收回有效问卷72份,儿科医务人员的工作年限、职称级别、职业种类与其是否知道医护一体化门诊之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),100%的儿科医务人员认为有必要开展实施儿科医护一体化门诊且需要标准化,98.61%的医务人员认为开展实施儿科医护一体化门诊需要质量控制,84.72%的儿科医务人员认为开展实施儿科医护一体化门诊需要评估授牌。结论本组参加培训学员对儿科医护一体化门诊了解度不高,对本院儿科医护一体化门诊认可度高,其大多数医院未开展儿科医护一体化门诊,期望开展实施儿科医护一体化门诊,并且期望有专业的医护人员为其开展儿科医护一体化门诊提供专业的指导,以改善儿科慢病患者就医现状,进一步改善医疗服务行动计划。Objective Investigate and analyse the cognitive evaluation and demand of pediatric medical staff for the integrated outpatient clinics.Methods Eighty medical staff members who participated in the National Pediatric Health Care Integrated Outpa-tient Training Course at the Children′s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University in June 2019 were selected.Self-designed questionnaires were used to analyze their cognitive evaluation and demand of integrated medical clinics.Results A total of 72 questionnaires were collected,there was no significant difference between the pediatric medical staff working years,professional title level,occupation type and whether they know the integrated medical clinic(P>0.05).100%of pediatric medical staff considered it necessary to implement pediatric care.Integrated clinics need to be standardized,98.61%of medical staff believe that the implementation of pediatric health care integrated clinics requires quality control,84.72%of pediatric medical staff believe that the implementation of pediatric health care integrated clinic needs evaluation and licensing.Conclusion The participants in this group have low understanding of the pediatric medical integration clinic,and have high recognition of the pediatric medical integration clinic.Most of the hospitals have not spread the pediatric medical integration clinic,and expecting to implement the pediatric medical integration clinic.And also expected that professional medical staff guidance for the implementation of pediatric health care integrated clinics to improve the status of medical treatment for patients with pediatric chronic diseases and further improving the medical service action plan.
