摘　　要：新冠疫情常态化防控阶段,社会保障存在经济风险、投资风险、医疗风险和制度风险,由此导致制度面临基金压力大、健康保障理念缺失、相关政策及配套措施不完善等一系列问题,本文在对风险因素和存在问题分析的基础上提出相应的对策建议。In the normalized prevention and control phase of the new crown epidemic,social security has economic risks,investment risks,medical risks,and institutional risks.This has caused the system to face a series of problems such as high fund pressure,lack of health protection concepts,and related policies and supporting measures.This article puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the analysis of risk factors and existing problems.
