摘　　要：本文首先介绍和分析了我国电力迁改工程中存在的参与方众多、工程协调难度大、时间紧任务重等现状;然后,针对电力迁改工程中存在的问题引入Partnering模式的相关理论,希望能够解决其实施过程中存在的难题,促进我国基础设施建设事业的健康发展。First analysis the situation of numerous participators,difficulties of coordination,tight construction period in power lines relocation and modification project.Then introduce the Partnering model to the power lines relocation and modification project.Hope to be able to solve the problems in the project and promote the development of basic facilities construction in our country.
