摘 要:触摸屏是最新的人机交互接口,为满足军事应用环境的特殊应用需求,必须对现有触摸屏的结构进行改进、改良或重新设计。通过分析和研究常规电阻触摸屏、红外触摸屏、电容触摸屏的基本工作原理和基本结构,在不改变触摸屏制程和工艺的情况下,增加军用特殊电磁屏蔽、阳光可读性、夜视兼容、可靠性等特殊要求。试验测试表明,通过改造电阻触摸屏结构和增加ITO,电阻触摸屏的反射率从2.5%降低至1.1%;红外触摸屏通过加装滤色片、改进扫描核心算法以及减小发射LED灯驱动电流,可以实现夜视兼容要求;电容触摸屏通过增加减反和屏蔽ITO镀膜要求,反射率从2.2%降低至1.23%,并且屏蔽效能大大提高,能够满足机载环境及可靠性要求。In order to meet the requirements of military application environment,touch screens are the latest vital human-machine interface,the structure of existing touch screens must be improved and redesigned in order to satisfy the special application.The basic principle and structure of the conventional resistive touch screen,capacitive touch screen and infrared touch screen are analyzed and studied without changing the process of touch screen,special requirements such as electromagnetic compatibility,readability,Night Vision Imaging System(NVIS)and reliability are added.The test results are illustrated,by redesigning the structure of the conventional Resistive touch screen and increasing Indium Tin Oxides(ITO),the reflectivity will be reduced from 2.5%to 1.1%;the infrared touch screen is modified by adding color filters,improving the scanning core algorithms and reducing driving current of emission LEDs can realize night vision compatibility requirement;the projected capacitive touch screen is modified by adding the requirements of anti-reflection and coating on the glass,the reflectivity will be reduced from 2.2%to 1.23%,and the shielding effectiveness can be greatly improved,which can meet the requirements of airborne environment and reliability.
