摘  要:为了解决日常生活中,小型联网用电器(如摄像头组等)供电线缆铺设成本高的问题,利用以太网口分布广泛的优势,采用POE供电的方法可降低布线成本,增加对设备管理的便利性,但POE供电电路一般设计较为复杂且空间成本高。针对这一问题,采用芯科SI3402电源管理芯片,结合反激式开关电源的工作原理设计电路参数。POE供电模块示波器实测POE供电纹波20 mV,电源输出电压12 V,输出功率可达12 W,纹波为输出电压的0.2%,能够满足小型用电器供电需求,同时解决了POE供电电路设计复杂与小型化困难的问题。In daily life,in order to solve the problem of high cost of power supply cable laying for small networking electrical appliances,such as camera group.POE power supply can reduce the wiring cost and increase the convenience of equipment management,however,the design of POE power supply circuit is complex and space cost is high.In order to solve this problem,SI3402 power management chip is used to design circuit parameters combined with the working principle of flyback switching power supply.The power supply ripple of POE measured by oscilloscope is 20 mV,the output voltage is 12 V,the output power can reach 12 W,and the ripple is 0.2%of the output voltage,which can meet the power supply requirements of small electrical appliances.At the same time,the problems of complex design and miniaturization of POE power supply circuit are solved.
