摘　　要：北京冬奥会将“绿色办奥”理念贯穿能源筹办工作始终。绿电供应是积极落实碳达峰、碳中和的重要论述精神的实际作为,是国家大力建设生态文明的一次试点,也是一个展示国家清洁能源产业发展的机会,融合了绿色、科技、智慧、节俭等元素,不仅带动了京津冀基础设施的一体化发展,为地区经济社会的可持续发展留下了宝贵遗产,还缓解了清洁能源本地消纳能力不足的问题。创造多项世界第一的张北柔性直流工程的投运,为绿电供应提供了坚强可靠的支撑,开启了大规模清洁能源的友好接入和送出模式,使“张家口的风点亮北京的灯”成为现实,在推动我国清洁能源的产业发展,服务北京低碳绿色冬奥会,引领科技创新等方面具有重要的促进作用。The concept of Green Olympics will run through the energy work for the Beijing Winter Olympics.Green power supply is a practical act of actively implementing the"carbon peak and carbon neutralization".It is not only a pilot for the country to vigorously build ecological civilization,but also an opportunity to show the development of the country's clean energy industry.It integrates green,science and technology,wisdom,thrift and other elements and drives the integrated development of infrastructure in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.It has left a valuable legacy for the sustainable development of regional economy and society,and also alleviated the problem of insufficient local consumption capacity of clean energy.The operation of Zhang-Bei flexible HVDC project,which has created a number of world first projects,has provided strong and reliable support for green power supply,opened the friendly access and delivery mode of large-scale clean energy,made"Zhangjiakou's wind lights up Beijing's lights"a reality,promoted the development of China's clean energy industry and served the Beijing low-carbon green winter Olympics.It plays an important role in promoting scientific and technological innovation。
