摘　　要：武术套路作为竞技体育项目,竞赛规则是必可不少的重要组成部分,它既可以指导武术套路发展,又可以起到规范武术套路竞赛的作用。该文以新中国成立后正式颁布的9版竞赛规则为研究基础,从自选长拳套路的动作内容、难度动作和套路结构布局3个方面进行分析,旨在了解自选长拳套路创编的发展路径,并对此提出可供参考的理论依据。As a competitive sport,martial arts routine competition rules are an important part.It can not only guide the development of martial arts routine,but also standardize martial arts routine competition.Based on the 9th edition competition rules officially promulgated after the founding of new China,this paper analyzes the action content,difficult action and routine structure layout of the optional Changquan routine,in order to understand the development path of the creation of the optional Changquan routine,and puts forward some theoretical basis for reference.
