IL-17F基因1507位点多态性与儿童肠道病毒71型感染严重程度的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨IL-17F基因1507位点多态性与儿童肠道病毒71型(EV71)感染严重程度的关系。方法以2014年6月—2018年6月就诊于青岛大学附属医院和青岛市妇女儿童医院的360例EV71核酸阳性患儿为感染组,并选取相同时期350例健康查体儿童为对照组。采用多重耐高温连接酶检测反应技术检测受检者IL-17F基因1507位点的多态性。结果感染组TT基因型频率和T等位基因频率均明显高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.399、6.722,P<0.05);重症组TT基因型频率和T等位基因频率均明显高于轻症组(χ^(2)=8.119、9.277,P<0.05)。结论IL-17F基因1507位点TT基因型和T等位基因可能与儿童EV71严重感染有关。Objective To investigate the association of IL-17F gene 1507 polymorphism with the severity of enterovirus 71(EV71)infection.Methods A total of 360 children positive for EV71 nucleic acid who attended The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University and Qingdao Women and Children’s Hospital from June 2014 to June 2018 were enrolled as infection group,and 350 children who underwent physical examination during the same period of time were enrolled as control group.The multiple high-temperature ligase detection reaction technology was used to detect the IL-17F gene 1507 polymorphism.Results The infection group had significantly higher frequencies of TT genotype and T allele than the control group(χ^(2)=4.399,6.722,P<0.05),and the severe group had significantly higher frequencies of TT genotype and T allele than the mild group(χ^(2)=8.119,9.277,P<0.05).Conclusion TT genotype and T allele at 1507 locus of the IL-17F gene may be associated with severe EV71 infection in children.
