摘  要:选取某无缝钢管厂步进梁式加热炉监控系统为研究目标,针对原监控系统信号电气传输方式导致生产数据传输慢、设备故障率高及生产线生产效率低的问题,采用多级网络控制技术和冗余网络技术对原系统进行升级改造。通过将ModBus、PROFIBUS-DP和PROFINET结合起来,使现场设备层、车间监控层和企业管理层间能更好地进行生产数据的交互,实现新旧设备网络的统一化。运用冗余网络技术来增加网络的冗余度,提高网络的可用性。A walking beam reheating furnace monitoring system in a seamless steel pipe factory is selected as the research object.Aiming at the problems of slow production data transmission,high equipment failure rate and low production line production efficiency caused by the original monitoring system signal electrical transmission method,the original system is upgraded and transformed with multi-level network control technology and redundant network technology.The ModBus,PROFIBUS-DP and PROFINET are combined to enables better interaction of production data between the field equipment layer,the workshop monitoring layer and the enterprise management layer,and the unification of new and old equipment networks are realized.Redundant network technology is used to increase the redundancy of the network and improve the availability of the network.
