摘 要:随着工业和城镇建设的高速发展,微颗粒物的排放逐年增加,雾霾天气频发,严重影响了输电线路视频监拍预警系统获取的通道影像质量,降低了智能识别的准确度和可靠性。通过研究对比双区域滤波算法和Retinex算法的优缺点,采用影像融合算法获取更高质量的去雾影像,在提高影像清晰度和细节丰富度的同时降低了去雾处理的时间,充分还原了输电通道的真实环境,保证了智能识别的准确度,为输电线路的智能化发展提供了坚实保障。With the rapid development of industry and urbanization,the emission of micro-particles has increased year by year,and haze weather occurs frequently.This seriously affects the quality of the channel image obtained by the video monitoring and shooting early warning system of the transmission line,and reduces the accuracy and reliability of intelligent identification.By studying and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the dual-area filtering algorithm and the Retinex algorithm,the image fusion algorithm is used to obtain higher quality defogging images,which not only improves the image definition and richness of details,but also reduces the time of defogging processing.It fully restores the real environment of the transmission channel,ensures the accuracy of intelligent recognition,and provides a solid guarantee for the intelligent development of transmission lines.
