摘  要:测控装置承担着变电站数据采集、处理,对断路器、隔离开关进行控制及防误闭锁等重要任务,变电站监控主机或调度自动化系统主站可通过测控装置采集一次设备、二次设备状态信息,并对断路器、隔离开关等设备进行遥控操作。作为测控装置重要参数之一,防抖时间对于遥信信号上送具备筛选过滤功能。在实际运行中,因遥信抖动而误报的事件时有发生。如何合理设置测控装置遥信防抖参数对减少和降低遥信误报事件的发生起到关键性作用。就实际发生的一起遥信防抖时间设置过长造成漏发遥信典型案例进行分析,提出较优的测控装置参数方案及措施,可有效提高遥信信号的准确可靠性,助力于电网安全稳定运行。The measurement and control device is responsible for important tasks such as data acquisition and processing of substations,control of circuit breakers and isolating switches,and anti-error locking.The substation monitoring host or the dispatching automation system master station can collect the status information of the primary equipment and the secondary equipment through the measurement and control device,and can remotely operate the circuit breaker,isolating switch and other equipment.As one of the important parameters of the measurement and control device,the anti-shake time has a filtering function for the remote signal transmission.In actual operation,incidents of false alarms due to remote signal shaking occur from time to time.How to reasonably set the remote signal anti-shake parameters of the measurement and control device plays a key role in reducing and reducing the occurrence of remote signal false alarm events.A typical case of missed remote signaling caused by the fact that the anti-shake time of remote signaling is set too long is analyzed.Better parameter schemes and measures for measurement and control devices are put forward,which can effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of the remote signal and contribute to the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
