摘  要:阀冷系统是柔性直流换流阀的一个重要组成部分,它将阀体上各元器件的功耗发热量排放到阀厅外,保证换流阀运行温度在正常范围内,阀冷系统的运行工况直接影响换流阀能否安全可靠运行,这就要求阀冷系统有较高的可靠性。当前国内柔性直流输电工程较少,且已设计的柔性直流阀冷系统在实际生产过程中存在诸多不足,鲁西换流站作为世界首个高压大容量柔直输电工程,其安全运行将为后续工程提供支撑性帮助。以鲁西换流站柔直阀冷系统为载体,研究柔直阀冷系统设计缺陷及改进措施。The valve cooling system is an important part of the flexible DC converter valve.It discharges the heat and power consumption of the components on the valve body outside the valve hall to ensure that the operating temperature of the converter valve is within the normal range.The operating condition of the valve cooling system directly affects the safe and reliable operation of the converter valve,which requires the valve cooling system to have a high reliability.At present,there are few flexible DC transmission projects in China,and the designed flexible DC valve cooling system has many shortcomings in the actual production process.Luxi converter station is the world's first high-voltage large capacity flexible direct transmission project,and its safe operation will provide supporting help for subsequent projects.Based on the flexible valve cooling of Luxi converter station,the design defects and improvement measures of flexible valve cooling are studied.
