冬季热网循环泵运行经济性分析

摘　　要：介绍了某燃气-蒸汽联合循环热电有限公司热网系统的组成、现场热网供水管道和热网疏水冷却器的布置特点、冬季热网循环泵的运行倒换方式及热网系统额定运行参数等。该公司共计5台冬季热网循环泵,在冬季供热期间3台运行、2台备用,共有10种运行方式组合。根据其热网管道的布置方式和电厂运行人员定期设备倒换的实际需求,通过调取近几年热网的运行参数数据进行对比分析,从这10种运行方式中分析出3种最不节能的运行方式。在冬季供热期间,热网循环泵采用其他更为节能的7种方式运行。此分析作为该电厂冬季供热期间设备倒换的重要参考依据,给运行人员日常倒泵定期工作提供参考借鉴,选择更为经济的运行组合方式,达到降低厂用电量的节能效果。The composition of the heating network system of a gas-steam combined cycle thermal power company,the layout characteristics of the on-site heating network water supply pipeline and the heating network drain cooler,the operation switching mode of the heating network circulating pump in winter,and the rated operating parameters of the heating network system etc.are introduced.The company has a total of 5 winter heating network circulating pumps.During the winter heating period,3 will be operated and 2 will be standby.There are 10 operating mode combinations in total.According to the layout of the heating network pipeline and the actual needs of the power plant operators for regular equipment switching,through the comparison and analysis of the operating parameter data of the heating network in recent years,the 3 least energy-saving operation modes are analyzed from these 10 operation modes.This analysis serves as an important reference for equipment switching during the heating period of the power plant in winter,provides reference for the daily pump switching and regular work of the operators,and selects a more economical operation combination mode to achieve the energy-saving effect of reducing the auxiliary power consumption.
