摘  要:分析了聚合氯化铝的氧化铝和盐基度含量测定过程中主要影响因素对检测结果的影响。实验表明:测定氧化铝含量时,硝酸酸化对干扰物的去除、加入EDTA络合剂足够时间的络合反应的影响较为明显。测定盐基度时,盐酸酸化效果和氟化钾饱和标准溶液的浓度对检测结果有一定的影响。在盐基度测定中,盐酸酸化效果要充分,氟化钾标准溶液饱和程度会影响检测结果的准确性。The influence of main factors on the detection of alumina and basicity of polyalumina was analyzed.The results showed that the removal of interferents by nitric acid acidification,and the complexation reaction with EDTA complexing agent for enough time had obvious effects on the test results.When determining the basicity,the acidification effect of hydrochloric acid and the concentration of potassium fluoride saturated standard solution had a certain influence.The acidification effect of hydrochloric acid should be sufficient.The saturated degree of potassium fluoride saturated standard solution would affect the accuracy of the test results.
