摘  要:针对南水北调引江水净水工艺排泥水特点,进行了斜管混凝沉降浓缩性能、药剂投加种类、投加量、投加方式的实验分析,并依据所确定的参数进行了浓缩生产性试验研究。应用实践表明,混凝沉降后斜管上清液出水浊度下降,斜管出泥浓度提高,省略了污泥气浮池浓缩处理过程,使斜管沉淀池出泥直接进入离心机脱水处理,达到节省电耗、药耗的目的。According to the characteristics of sludge water discharged from the purification process of South-to-North Water Diversion water,the experimental analysis of inclined pipe coagulation sedimentation concentration performance,chemical agent type,dosage and dosing mode was carried out,and the productive experimental research was carried out according to the determined parameters.The application practice showed that the turbidity of the supernatant from the inclined pipe decreased,the sludge concentration from the inclined pipe increased.The concentration treatment process of the sludge air flotation tank was omitted,and the sludge from the inclined pipe sedimentation tank was directly sent to the centrifuge for dewatering treatment,so as to save power and drug consumption.
