摘  要:主蒸汽管道具有服役温度较高、壁厚较大等特点,其不仅要求管道具有良好的持久强度及抗氧化性能,而且对管道候选材料的加工、焊接、疲劳强度等性能提出了较高的要求。国内外相关机构开发以Inconel740H、GH984G、CCA617、Haynes282、HR6W等合金为代表的新型镍基与镍铁基高温合金因其优异的高温持久强度与抗氧化性能,被认为是先进超超临界燃煤发电机组关键部件的主要候选材料。本文考虑主蒸汽管道的尺寸特点、应用环境等因素,详细综述了5种合金材料的成分与组织、持久性能、抗蒸汽氧化性能、抗疲劳性能、应力松弛、焊接性能与加工性能。综合分析得出:Inconel740H合金虽然已经用于火电机组高温部件,但是其焊接填充材料的问题仍需要进一步研究;Haynes282合金的热膨胀系数较低,焊接性能优于Inconel740H合金,是比较有潜力的主蒸汽管道候选材料;对于700℃超超临界机组主蒸汽管道候选材料,在实际投产前仍需要进行大量实验研究。The main steam pipeline has the characteristics of low service temperature and large wall thickness.Besides good durability and oxidation resistance,it also has higher requirements on the processing,welding,fatigue and other properties of candidate materials.The new Ni-based and Ni-Fe-based superalloys represented by Inconel740 H,GH984 G,CCA617,Haynes282,HR6 W and other alloys developed by relevant institutions at home and abroad are considered as the main candidate materials for the key components of advanced ultra-supercritical coal-fired power sets because of their excellent high temperature stress rupture strength and oxidation resistance.By comprehensively considering the dimensional characteristics and use environment of the main steam pipe,this article summarizes the composition and microstructure,durability,steam oxidation resistance,fatigue resistance,stress relaxation,weldability and processing performance of the above six alloy materials in detail.It is concluded that,although Inconel740 H alloy has been used in high-temperature components of thermal power units,the problem of its welding and filling materials still needs further research.Haynes282 alloy has a low thermal expansion coefficient,and its welding performance is better than that of Inconel740 H alloy.It is a potential candidate material for the main steam pipeline.For the candidate materials for the main steam pipe of the 700℃ ultrasupercritical unit,a large number of experimental studies are still required before actual production.
