摘  要:针对煤粉燃烧高温还原区喷氨脱硝技术计算模型的欠缺,优选了NO还原反应过程的机理文件,通过与配气实验结果的比较,认为Urea2000机理能够获得对NO较好的预测。将Urea2000与煤燃烧机理合并,生成新的Urea+coal机理。以1台一维炉为研究对象,利用CFD和energico软件生成化学动力学分析的psr网络。将Urea+coal机理文件与该psr分析网络相结合,完成一维炉内煤粉燃烧过程的机理分析。以CO、NO摩尔分数为判定指标,对机理文件进行简化,得到包含29种物质、171个反应的简化机理。将简化机理与CFD软件耦合,完成煤粉一维炉燃烧过程的模拟。将模拟结果与实验结果进行比较,二者吻合较好,NO摩尔分数偏差在10%以内。Urea+coal的简化机理与CFD软件相结合得到的计算模型,可以满足对煤粉燃烧高温还原区喷氨脱硝技术进行性能预测的要求。In order to develop the calculation model of deNOx by ammonia injection in high temperature reduction zone of pulverized coal combustion,the mechanism document of NO reduction process is optimized.Compared with the results of gas plunger flow experiment,Urea2000 mechanism can be used to predict NO.Urea2000 and coal combustion mechanism are combined to form a new Urea+Coal mechanism.Taking a one-dimensional furnace as the research object,the psr network of chemical kinetics analysis is generated by CFD and energico software.The Urea+Coal mechanism document and psr analysis network are combined to complete the whole mechanism analysis of one-dimensional pulverized coal combustion process.Taking the mole fraction of CO and NO as the criterion index,the whole mechanism file is simplified,and the simplified mechanism including 29 substances and 171 reactions is obtained.The simplified mechanism is coupled with CFD software to simulate the combustion process in the one-dimensional pulverized coal boiler.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,and the deviation of NO mole fraction is within 10%.The calculation model established by the simplified mechanism of Urea+coal and CFD can meet the requirements of performance prediction for ammonia injection denitration technology in high temperature reduction zone of pulverized coal combustion.
