摘  要:为了研究燃煤循环流化床(CFB)锅炉自脱硫效应对于石灰石脱硫计算参数的影响,在1 MW CFB试验台对2个煤种进行了自脱硫试验。结果表明:2个试验煤种自脱硫效率分别为73.5%和57.3%,其差异主要与煤的可燃硫含量、煤中CaO等金属氧化物含量及锅炉运行参数有关;根据SO_(2)排放值修正的燃料硫分计算钙硫摩尔比是按照收到基全硫计算值的3.78倍;随着石灰石添加量的增加,脱硫效率偏差由20.06%逐渐减小至10.65%;根据SO_(2)排放值修正燃料硫分计算的脱硫热损失均为正值,按照收到基全硫计算的脱硫热损失均为负值,其偏差原因在于后者将入炉煤自脱硫的固硫反应放热量计入了石灰石脱硫反应放热量中;CFB锅炉由于燃煤自脱硫效应的影响,按照收到基全硫计算脱硫热损失会出现较大的计算误差,而按照SO_(2)实际排放值计算脱硫热损失更符合实际。In order to study the influence of self-desulfurization effect on calculation parameters of limestone desulfurization in coal-fired circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler,an experimental study was carried out on 1 MW CFB test device.The results show that,the self-desulfurization efficiency of the two tested coals was 73.5%and 57.3%,respectively.The difference of self-desulfurization efficiency between the two coals was mainly related to the combustible sulfur content,CaO and other alkali metal oxides content in the coal and boiler operation parameters.The mole ratio of calcium to sulfur calculated by the sulfur content modified according to the SO_(2) emission was 3.78 times of that by the as received basis total sulfur content.With the increase of limestone added,the deviation of desulfurization efficiency gradually reduced from 20.06%to 10.65%.The desulfurization heat losses calculated by the sulfur content of fuel corrected by SO_(2) emission were all positive,while that by the as received basis total sulfur content were all negative.The reason was that the latter included the heat released from the sulfur fixation reaction of self-desulfurization of in-furnace coal into the heat released from limestone desulfurization reaction.Due to the influence of coal-fired self-desulfurization effect on CFB boiler,the calculation error of desulfurization heat loss based on as received basis total sulfur content is large.It is more realistic to calculate the desulfurization heat loss according to the actual emission value of SO_(2).
