摘 要:以华能巢湖电厂循环水排污水处理工程为例,跟踪了采用物化-生物组合工艺处理火电厂循环水排污水达标排放的工艺流程,评估了不同处理单元对各污染物去除的贡献率。结果表明:包括曝气生物流化床→混凝澄清池→臭氧接触氧化池→生物活性炭滤池→石英砂过滤器的物化-生物组合工艺可实现对火电厂循环水排污水的高效稳定处理,处理后水质能够满足《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅳ类水体标准要求;曝气生物流化床和生物活性炭滤池的设置,强化了系统对氮和有机物的高效去除;混凝澄清池和生物活性炭滤池对循环水排污水中浊度、总磷、溶解性总磷和磷酸盐去除发挥着重要作用,而设于工艺末端的石英砂过滤器则确保了出水浊度的稳定达标;臭氧接触氧化池的设置不仅可大幅提高循环水排污水的可生化性,也有利于后续生物处理单元对水中污染物的进一步净化。该结论对于类似水质和排放要求的火电厂循环水排污水处理,具有重要的参考价值。By taking the circulating cooling water blowdown treatment process of Huaneng Chaohu Power Plant as a typical case,the process of purifying the circulating cooling water blowdown of thermal power plants using a combined physicochemical-biological process to meet the discharge standards was investigated,and the contribution rates of different process units to the removal of various pollutants were evaluated.The results show that,the combined technology of physicochemical and biological,including biological aerated filter,coagulation clarifier,ozonation contact reactor,biological activated carbon filter and quartz sand filter,could achieve efficient and stable treatment of circulating cooling water blowdown in thermal power plant,and after treatment,the water quality could meet the relevant requirements of Class IV in the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838—2002).The biological aerated filter and biological activated carbon filter realized the efficient removal of nitrogen and organic matters in the circulating cooling water blowdown of thermal power plants.Coagulation clarifier and biological activated carbon filter played an important role in the removal of turbidity,total phosphorus,dissolved total phosphorus and phosphate in circulating cooling water blowdown,while the quartz sand filter at the end of the process ensured the stable discharge of effluent turbidity.The ozonation contact reactor could not only greatly improve the biodegradability of the circulating cooling water blowdown,but also facilitated the further purification of pollutants in the followed biological treatment unit.The study provides important reference for the treatment of circulating cooling water blowdown in thermal power plants with similar water quality and discharge requirements.
