摘 要:近几年来,由于世界养猪业向着现代化蓬勃发展,人工授精技术作为规模化养殖的核心技术得到了快速发展,猪精液稀释粉的应用也越来越普遍,其中以常温保存稀释粉应用最为广泛。猪精液常温保存的关键在于稀释粉配方的研发,稀释粉成分对猪精液保存质量发挥相当重要的作用。该文综述了国内外的一些关于猪精液常温保存稀释粉及其添加剂如营养物质、缓冲剂、抗生素、抗氧化剂及无机盐离子的研究概况,目的是为今后研发猪精液常温保存稀释粉配方提供理论依据并起一定的参考作用。Recent years have seen the rapid development of the world pig industry towards modernization.Artificial insemination technology,as the core technology of large-scale breeding,has been rapidly developed,and the application of boar semen dilution powder is becoming more and more extensive,among which normal temperature preservation of dilution powder is the most widely used.The key of the normal temperature storage of boar semen lies in the research and development of dilution powder formula so the components of dilution powder plays a significant role in.This paper reviewed some domestic and foreign researches on the normal temperature preservation of boar semen dilution powder and its additives,such as nutrients,buffer,antibiotics,antioxidants and inorganic salt ions,in order to provide theoretical basis and reference for the future research and development of dilution powder formula for boar semen preserved in room temperature.
