大数据时代下医院医疗统计信息管理工作的探讨

摘　　要：医院统计信息工作不仅是评价医院医疗质量和工作效率的基础,更是现代医院管理工作的重要部分,本文分析了在医疗当中统计信息工作的重要性和大数据时代背景下的一些特点、大数据在医疗信息工作中的综合应用。其次,根据医疗卫生统计信息管理中存在的问题进行分析,提示我国的医疗统计信息管理工作还存在着医院信息化建设薄弱、专业技术落后、统计信息利用率不高、统计信息管理安全性能弱等四大重点问题。最后,根据当今的时代趋势分析了大数据时代下的现代化的医疗统计信息管理工作的趋势进行了简单的探讨,并提出了相应的建议。将大数据与医院统计信息管理工作结合和进行相应研究具有非常重要的意义,不仅可以推动医院信息管理统计的发展和医院工作的顺利开展,还有利于推动医疗行业的进步与改革,从而提供更高质量的医疗服务。Hospital statistical information work is not only the basis for evaluating hospital medical quality and work efficiency,but also an important part of modern hospital management.This paper analyzes the importance of statistical information work in medical care,some characteristics under the background of big data era,and big data’s comprehensive application in medical information work.Secondly,according to the analysis of the problems existing in medical and health statistical information management,it is suggested that there are still four key problems in medical statistical information management in China,such as weak hospital information construction,backward professional technology,low utilization rate of statistical information,and weak security performance of statistical information management.Finally,according to the current trend of the times,this paper analyzes the trend of modern medical statistical information management in the era of big data,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.It is of great significance to combine big data with hospital statistical information management and carry out corresponding research,which can not only promote the development of hospital information management statistics and the smooth development of hospital work,but also help to promote the progress and reform of the medical industry,so as to provide higher quality medical services.
