摘　　要：病案作为记录患者在医疗机构完整诊疗过程的结果文档,使用需求与日俱增,导致安全存储和充分利用的矛盾日益突出。本文分析医院内外各应用场景中对病案资源的需求特点及存在问题,结合国家、医院对病案管理和患者隐私保护等要求,提出针对不同类型病案的处理方式和数据集成框架,通过设计不同的资源调阅方式,结合数字水印、加密等安全技术和权限管理,建立一套安全、高效的病案资源管理框架,更好满足各个应用场景的特殊要求。该架构有效解决了医疗机构内部、患者及第三方机构在使用病案资源时所面临的核心问题,提高了资源使用效率,并完善了对患者数据的隐私保护机制,为病案管理者和各类使用者提供了更加高效、合规、安全的资源使用方式。As a result document that records the patient’s complete diagnosis and treatment process in a medical institution,medical records have been used day by day,leading to the increasingly prominent contradiction between safe storage and full utilization.This paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of medical record resources in various application scenarios inside and outside the hospital,and combines the requirements of the country and hospitals for medical record management and patient privacy protection,and proposes processing methods and data integration frameworks for different types of medical records.By designing different resources The access method combines digital watermarking,encryption and other security technologies and authority management to establish a safe and efficient medical record resource management framework to better meet the special requirements of various application scenarios.This architecture effectively solves the core problems faced by medical institutions,patients and third-party institutions when using medical record resources,improves the efficiency of resource use,and improves the privacy protection mechanism for patient data,which is useful for medical record managers and various users.Provides a more efficient,compliant,and safe way to use resources.
