摘　　要：根据国家对病历书写及管理的规定,结合当前患者对病案复印需求的实际情况,全面分析病案复印的现状,深入挖掘病案复印中存在的问题,结合信息化发展现状及患者需求的提高,开展网上病案预约复印服务。为保证患者隐私安全,确保服务质量,制定了标准的工作制度、合理化流程、明确职责、加强培训。该服务的开展减轻了病案复印窗口的工作负担,提高了病案复印人员的工作效率,同时为广大患者提供了快速便捷省钱的病案复印服务,提高了患者的满意度,为病案复印工作的不断完善提供参考和建议。According to the national regulations on medical record writing and management,and combined with the actual situation of patients’demand for medical record copying,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of medical record copying,and deeply excavates the problems existing in medical record copying.Combined with the current situation of information development and the improvement of patients’demand,carry out online medical record reservation copying service.In order to ensure the privacy and security of patients and the quality of service,we have developed a standard working system,rationalized procedures,defined responsibilities and strengthened training.The development of this service reduces the work burden of the medical record copying window,improves the work efficiency of the medical record copying personnel,provides a fast,convenient and money-saving medical record copying service for the majority of patients,and improves the patient’s satisfaction.to provide references and suggestions for the continuous improvement of medical record copying work.
