摘  要:水火电机组检修计划优化是电力系统运行调度的基本任务。在清洁能源消纳的背景下,本文以天为时间单位,建立了一个考虑梯级水电站耦合的水火电系统年度机组检修优化模型,该模型以最小化火电运行成本与水电站弃水成本之和为目标,考虑了系统、机组、水库的运行约束,包括梯级水电站上下游间的水力耦合关系。针对问题难以求解的特点,将原问题分解为水电子问题和火电子问题,并采用代理绝对值拉格朗日松弛法求解该问题。该方法引入一个等价于绝对值项的线性惩罚项,同时使用代理次梯度方法更新拉格朗日乘子,既能够保证算法的收敛性,又提高了计算效率。最后,以3节点6机水火电系统和某省级实际1151节点86机水火电系统为例进行了仿真计算,结果表明了模型的实用性与算法的有效性。Maintenance scheduling optimization of hydro-thermal power units is a basic task of power system operation and scheduling.Under the background of clean energy absorption,this paper establishes an annual unit maintenance optimization model of hydro-thermal power system with consideration of cascade hydropower station coupling in days.The model aims to minimize the sum of thermal power operating costs and the cost of spilling water from hydropower stations.Considering the operating constraints of the system,units,and reservoirs,including the hydraulic coupling relationship in the cascaded hydropower station.Aiming at the problem difficult to solve,the original problem was decomposed into the thermal subproblem and the hydro subproblem,and the surrogate absolute value Lagrangian relaxation method is applied to solve the problem.This method introduces a linear penalty term equivalent to the absolute value term,and uses the surrogate subgradient method to update the Lagrangian multiplier,which can not only ensure the convergence of the algorithm,but also improve the computational efficiency.Finally,an example of a 3-node 6-generator hydro-thermal power system and a provincial 1151-node 86-generator hydro-thermal power system is given to illustrate the practicability of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.
