肝移植术后患者生活质量的调查分析与护理对策

摘　　要：目的通过分析肝移植术后患者生活质量现状,制定针对性的护理措施,从而提高肝移植术后患者生活质量,使之更好地回归家庭与社会。方法方便抽样法选取2014年8月1日-2020年1月31日北京市某三级甲等医院肝移植术后患者67例,2020年3月1日使用肝移植术后患者生活质量调查问卷进行调查,依据患者术后年限分层分析问卷结果。结果肝移植术后患者生活质量中位总分为130.00分(85.00,149.00),处于中等水平,其中身体功能维度得分最高,得分为69%,并发症维度得分最低,得分为57%。肝移植术后不同年限患者在并发症维度得分比较差异有统计学意义,肝移植术后<1年与肝移植术后3年~5年的患者在并发症维度得分比较差异有统计学意义。结论肝移植术后患者生活质量有待提高,提高某院肝移植术后患者生活质量的首要问题是并发症问题。需加强对患者的保护性隔离,加强对患者及家属宣教的精准性与实用性,加强患者自身的防范意识,并督促其按时按量服用免疫抑制药物,定期进行随访检查,预防并发症的发生,减轻患者心理负担,提高肝移植术后患者的生活质量。Objectives To improve the quality of life of patients after liver transplantation and make them return to their families and society by analyzing the status quo of life quality of patients after liver transplantation and formulating targeted nursing measures.Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to select 67 patients after liver transplantation in a Three A and Tertiary Hospital in Beijing.The Chinese version of the Post-liver Transplant Quality of Life Instrument questionnaire was used for investigation on March 1st,2020,and further stratified analysis was conducted based on the number of years of patients after surgery.Results After liver transplantation,the total score of quality of life of the patients was 130.00(85.00,149.00),which was in the middle level,among which the body function dimension score was the highest(69%),and the complication dimension score was the lowest(57%).There were statistically significant differences in the complication dimension scores of patients with different years after liver transplantation,and there were statistically significant differences in the complication dimension scores of patients with<1 year after liver transplantation and 3~5 years after liver transplantation.Conclusions The quality of life of patients after liver transplantation needed to be improved.Therefore,medical personnel needed to strengthen the protective isolation of patients,enhance the precision and practicability of the patient and family education,improve the awareness of the patients,and urge its take immunosuppressive drugs on time,volume,regular follow-up inspection,prevent the happening of the complications,reduce the patients’psychological burden,in order to improve the quality of life after liver transplantation patients.
