摘  要:目的用不同方法评价过氧化氢气体等离子体低温灭菌效果及其影响因素。方法采用生物指示剂和化学指示剂方法,对某过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器的灭菌效果进行评价,分析影响因素。结果某医院分别采用一类卡、四类卡、灭菌过程挑战装置(PCD)和生物指示剂4种方法监测某过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器长循环灭菌379批次物品,结果显示PCD检测出18批不合格、四类卡检测出2批不合格,其余2种监测全部合格。短循环灭菌365批,结果显示化学PCD有146批不合格、四类卡有16批不合格,生物指示剂检测出1次不合格,一类卡全部合格。结论采用4种方法监测某过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器的灭菌效果,以PCD法检出不合格率最高,其次是四类卡,灭菌效果与灭菌程序、装载量和干燥方法有关。Objective To compare the sterilization effect of the hydrogen peroxide low-temperature sterilization with different methods,and analyzed the influence factors.Methods Biological indicator and chemical indicator were used to evaluate the sterilization effect of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature sterilizer,and to analyze the influence factors.Results Type I indicator,type IV indicator,chemical PCD and biological indicator were used to monitor the sterilization effect of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature sterilizer in the hospital.For 379 long-cycle sterilizations,18 lotswere unqualified by chemical PCD,2 lots were unqualified by type IV indicator.Of 365 short-cycle sterilizations,146 lots were unqualified by chemical PCD,16 lots were unqualified by type IV indicator,1 was unqualified by biological indicator.Conclusion The highest unqualified rate was detected by PCD method,followed by type IV indicator among the four methods used in monitoring hydrogen peroxide low-temperature sterilization.Sterilization effect was related with process,loading and dry method.
