摘 要:目的设计医疗器械预处理清洗机,评价其应用价值。方法采用目测法和残留蛋白检测法,验证设计制作的医疗器械预处理清洗机的实际清洗效果。结果目测法检测经预处理清洗机清洗后的器械合格率为98.86%,手工清洗后的器械合格率为96.59%。预处理清洗机和手工清洗后,器械残留蛋白检测合格率分别为98.00%和90.00%。预处理清洗机使用满意率为100.00%,手工清洗操作满意率为75.00%。结论本研究设计的预处理清洗机可以提高医疗器械清洗质量合格率,优于手工清洗法。Objective To design a pretreatment cleaning machine for medical equipment and to assess its application value.Methods Visual inspection and residual protein method were used to verify the actual cleaning effect of the pretreatment cleaning machine and to evaluate its application value.Results The pass rate of equipment cleaned by the pretreatment cleaning machine was 98.86%by visual inspection,while the pass rate was 96.59%after manual cleaning.The pass rates of residual protein on the instruments were 98.00%and 90.00%by pretreatment cleaning machine and manual washing,respectively.The satisfaction rate of the pretreatment cleaning machine was 100.00%,and the satisfaction rate of the manual cleaning operation was 75.00%.Conclusion The pretreatment cleaning machine designed in this study can improve the qualification rate of medical equipment cleaning and is better than manual cleaning method.
