家庭参与式护理对小儿漏斗胸术后康复的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨家庭参与式护理对漏斗胸患儿术后康复的效果。方法将某院2019年1月—2019年12月收治的符合条件的62例漏斗胸患者家庭作为研究对象,实验组在家庭参与理念指导下,护理人员对入院的漏斗胸患者家庭给予综合干预措施,制定个性化干预计划。选取2018年1月—2018年12月收治的与实验组特征相匹配的62例漏斗胸家庭作为对照组,给予常规的护理措施。干预后,比较两组患者术后并发症、住院时间及住院满意度。结果观察组患者术后并发症、住院时间及住院满意度,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭参与式护理应用于漏斗胸患儿术后康复管理中,可显著提高住院满意度及降低患者术后并发症、住院时间,对漏斗胸术后康复具有积极作用。Objective to explore the effect of family participatory nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of children with pectus excavatum.Methods a total of 62 eligible families of patients with pectus excavatum admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were studied,the nursing staff gave comprehensive intervention measures to the families of funnel chest patients who were admitted to the hospital,and made individualized intervention plan.From January 2018 to December 2018,62 families with funnel chest matching the characterists of the experimental group were selected as the control group,and routine nursing measures were given.After intervention,postoperative complications,length of stay and hospital satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative complications,length of stay and satisfaction degree in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistieally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of family participatory nursing care in postoperative rehabilitation management of children with Pectus excavatum can significantly improve the degree of hospital satisfaction,reduce postoperative complications and hospital stays,it has a positive effect on the postoperative rehabilitation of pectus excavatum.
