从古代方剂文献探讨赤白芍功用认识的衍化

摘　　要：探讨赤白芍功用认识的衍化,为临床辨治用药提供参考。梳理27部宋及宋以前方书文献中含有芍药、赤芍、白芍的方剂并分析其功用特点,27部宋和宋以前方书文献中有芍药方6406首,其中赤芍方2275首,白芍方956首;隋唐以前方中主要以芍药记载,隋唐时期组方配伍中出现赤芍、白芍的记载,对其功用认识逐渐开始分化;两宋时期赤芍、白芍应用范围进一步扩展,其后赤芍、白芍各自具备的的功用特点基本稳定。从古代方剂文献可看出各时期方剂中芍药、赤芍、白芍的记载和应用情况,对于研究赤芍、白芍的功用认识及衍化具有一定价值。To investigate the understanding of the derivation of the efficacy of Red Paeony Root and White Paeony Root,and provide reference for clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation.The formulas which contain Paeonia lactiflora,Red Paeony Root and White Paeony Root in 27 the Song dynasty and before the Song dynasties,books on Traditional Chinese Medicine Formula are collected,and the characteristics of the efficacy of Red Paeony Root and White Paeony Root are analyzed.27 the Song dynasty and before the Song dynasties,books on Traditional Chinese Medicine Formula contain a total of 6406 formulas which contain Paeonia lactiflora,a total of 2,275 formulas which contain Red Paeony Root,a total of 956 formulas which contain White Paeony Root;before the Sui and Tang Dynasties,Paeonia lactiflora was mainly recorded in the compatibility formulas;during the Sui and Tang Dynasties,Red Paeony Root and White Paeony Root had been Recorded in the compatibility of formulas,during the Song Dynasty,the applied range of Red Paeony Root and White Paeony Root had been extended;after this,of the efficacy of Red Paeony Root and White Paeony Root keeped basically stable.From the the ancient books on Traditional Chinese Medicine Formula,we can see that the records and applications of Paeonia lactiflora,Red Paeony Root and White Paeony Root in various prescriptions,it is valuable for investigating the understanding of the derivation of the efficacy of Red Paeony Root and White Paeony Root.
