摘　　要：生物经济是指通过可持续的方式,利用可再生自然资源来生产食品、能源、生物技术产品和服务的一切经济活动的总和。生物经济是继农业经济、工业经济、信息经济之后,人类经济社会发展的第四次浪潮。概述全球生物经济发展现状,梳理世界主要经济体生物经济战略布局,归纳生物经济未来发展的四个主要方向,通过调研统计分析生物制药、生物基材料和化学品、生物农业和未来食品三个生物产业重点领域的投融资数据,预判未来生物产业投融资前景,并针对我国生物产业投融资提出建议。Bioeconomy is the sum of all economic activities that use renewable natural resources to produce food,energy,biotechnology products and services in a sustainable way.Bioeconomy is the fourth wave of human economic and social development after agricultural economy,industrial economy and information economy.This paper outlines the current situation of global bioeconomy development,sorts out the bioeconomic strategic layout of the world’s major economies,and sums up the four main directions for future development of the bioeconomy.Through analysis of the investment data of three key areas of bio-industry,it predicts the future investment prospects of the bio-industry,and puts forward some suggestions on investment of bio-industry in China.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference information for the development and value investment of the bioindustry for the participants and related parties,in order to promote the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,technology capital docking and development of the bio-industry,and make contributions to the sustainable development of China’s economy and society.
