摘  要:视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)是一种常见的视网膜血管性疾病,其继发的黄斑水肿(ME)是导致患者视力障碍的最主要原因。RVO致病原因及视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿(RVO-ME)的发病机制错综复杂,目前尚缺乏有效并稳定持久的治疗方法。近年来研究表明,以青蒿琥酯(ART)为代表的青蒿素及其衍生物不仅具有抗疟疾作用,还具有较强的抑制血管增生、抗炎、调节免疫、保护血脑屏障等作用,其强大的多靶点药理活性在治疗RVO-ME中可能具有潜在治疗作用。本文针对RVO致病原因、RVO-ME发病机制、ART潜在作用靶点及ART治疗RVO-ME的作用进行探讨。Retinal vein occlusion(RVO)is a common retinal vascular disease,and its secondary macular edema(ME)is the main cause of visual impairment in RVO patients.The causes of RVO and the pathogenesis of macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion(RVO-ME)are complicated and there is no effective treatment method till now.Recent studies have shown that artemisinin and its derivatives represented by artesunate(ART)not only have anti-malarial effects,but also have strong inhibition of angiogenesis,anti-inflammatory effects,immune regulation properties and protection of blood-brain barrier.Its powerful multi-targets pharmacological activity may have potential therapeutic effects in the treatment of RVO-ME.Therefore,this paper discusses the role of ART in the management of RVO-ME based on the causes of RVO,the pathogenesis of RVO-ME,and the potential targets of ART.
