摘  要:针对在冷连轧机组轧制过程中,轧制的带材常因在升降速阶段轧制力变化剧烈,并且轧制力随乳化液流量充足与否变化规律也不同,导致升降速段的板形不佳,影响生产或使用的问题。在简单分析了升降速对板形影响的基础上,结合UCM六辊冷连轧机的设备与工艺特点,研究了一套适合于该机组的弯辊补偿模型,并以升降速阶段的板形波动最小为目标,通过工作辊和中间辊的弯辊力补偿对板形进行优化控制,并将此技术应用到现场生产中,有效地改善了带材在升降速段的板形和整体板形,给机组创造了较大的经济效益,具有进一步推广应用的价值。The rolling force of the rolled strip often changes drastically during the speed up and down phase in the rolling process of the tandem cold rolling mill.The rolling force changes with the adequacy of the emulsion flow rate.As a result,the plate shape of the speed up and down phase is not good,which may influence on the production of rolled strip or its use.A set of roll bending compensation model suitable for this unit is studied based on a simple analysis of the influence of the speed of rise and fall on the shape of the flatness,combined with the equipment and process characteristics of the UCM six-high tandem cold rolling mill.The plate shape is optimized through the compensation of the bending force of the work roll and the intermediate roll according to the goal of minimizing the fluctuation of the plate shape in the speed up and down stage.The strip shape and overall strip shape in the speed up and down phase has been effectively improved by applying this technology to on-site production in order to obtain greater economic benefits for the unit and having the value of further popularization and application.
